On Friday, Oct. 30, Jeezy was acquitted of any wrongdoing by a jury after being sued for $5 million. The three-year-long court battle was started by his former manager Demetrius “Kinky B” Ellerbee. Ellerbee claimed that he helped formed Corporate Thugz Entertainment (CTE) and thus should’ve received 50% of all royalties, advances and distributions paid to Jeezy. He made claims that Jeezy intentionally misappropriated, diverted and/or converted funds for the label, CTE. Unfortunately, a Fulton County Superior Court jury found Jeezy not guilty of those claims. And as if the first week of November couldn’t be better for the Snowman… Jeezy will releasing his eighth studio album on Friday, November 13th. The album Church In These Streets will feature 19-tracks and is available for pre-order on iTunes and Google Play.
