Women sentenced after killing her mother….

Rachel Hutson has officially been sentenced after the 2013 killing of her mother.

The case caught national attention back in 2013 after reports that Hutson murdered her mother and sent photos of the dead body to her father. Rachel was 19 at the time. She originally planned to kill herself but after further consideration decided to kill her mother instead. After Rachel murdered her mother, she contacted her father Donald Hutson to inform him. Donald thought it was a joke and hung up the phone, but Rachel later sent him video phone pictures to confirm her story.

Rachel’s mother had been critically ill and the family had been taken care of her since Rachel was 9 years of age. Rachel’s rationale for the murder was “I felt I was just nothing, and nobody really need us,” she said. After a 2 year court case Rachel has been sentenced to 18 years in prison. #BihhReally
