Ex-cop on trial for the rape of Black women….

Daniel Holtzclaw, age 28 of Oklahoma City, is currently on trial and facing felony charges for allegedly raping 13 black women. Prosecutors labeled Holtzclaw a sexual predator that used his badge to abuse these women. Holtzclaw is facing 36 felony charges for allegedly raping women ranging from ages 17-57, all from poverty stricken neighborhoods. Prosecutors stated that they feel these women were target by Holtzclaw because he felt nobody would care about them.

During the trial one victim stated that Holtzclaw ran her name, found an active warrant, took her to an abandoned school and raped her. Another accuser, age 17, testified that Holtzclaw raped her on her mother’s porch after dark, after telling the victim he needed to search her for drugs. The victim stated during the trial “What kind of police do you call on the police?”
