Citibank is being sued by R&B singer/songwriter Ne-Yo. Ne-Yo filed a lawsuit with claims that Citibank allowed unauthorized transfer transactions take place on his account. According to the singer, an estimated $2.4 million was illegally transferred by his former manager Kevin Foster between 2011 and 2013. Ne-Yo says Citibank never contacted him to authorize the transactions. Citibank, on the other hand, is suing Ne-Yo for an approximately $1.4 million loan that the institution says he claims he never authorized. Ne-Yo is suing his former manager as well for $8 million.
