Big Ang’s authenticity is what made many people gravitate to her character and “Mob Wives.” She will be missed. “Mob Wives” star Angela “Big Ang” Raiola has died at the age of 55 years old. She passed away after battling stage 4 cancer. Ang was first diagnosed with throat cancer in April 2015. Doctors discovered a tumor and removed it, however, the cancer returned in December and spread aggressively to her brain and lungs. The family released a statement that she had passed at 3:01 AM Est. A rep stated that Ang’s fans “were some of the most special people in her world, and she loved you immensely.
