What a great way to make things better! 50 Cent was recently scrutinized after he posted a video of him taunting a young man inside an airport. 19-year-old Andrew Farrell didn’t really understand what was going on until after the incident went viral. Farrell is autistic, which is something 50 Cent wasn’t aware of at the time. Well, to make things better, 50 Cent has offered a public apology to Farrell and has donated $100,000 to the Autism Speaks organization. “I want to turn this misunderstanding into an understanding. There are people that are ignored, mistreated and neglected with disabilities that need our support.” “I am calling on my fellow musicians, actors, entertainers and all others who may not have fully considered this cause to join together to help in any way they can.” Farrell’s family initially requested that 50 Cent donate $10,000 to the autism advocacy group. Kudos to 50!
