When we applaud how much change phones make to our life, don’t forget the access this technology gives to us, which can lead us to a good body shape. Open the app store on your smart phone, search “keep fit” – or any key words related to it – and you will find many different fitness apps. Those apps are so convenient and they contain a large variety of categories to assist you in training any targeted body parts. Like arm training, chest training, leg training etc. You can always find a category to satisfy your needs. The exercise app I am using now is named “Keep.” This app has clear content of all the names of body parts; choose the body part you want to lose weight on, then follow the instruction. You can get professional fitness coach training right at your home. You can also choose whole body exercise. There are many aerobics videos taken by fitness coaches in this app too. The most interesting function of this app is that it will encourage you when you are really tired and want to give up. Some words, such as “Come on man!” ,“Hold on one more second!” and “You are awesome!” have been recorded ahead, and during your training, those words will come out and make you feel like you are in a real training room.
