3. DIY fruit juice

Fruits are not only good for health, but also effective in helping lose weight. It is true that eating less is a key of losing weight, but some people will choose to eat extremely less, which will be very unhealthy. Effective but healthy methods are what we are looking for, so fruits are the best choice. Many kinds of fruits have the function of eliminating edema and detoxing bodies inside out, which are important to weight control. Every morning before having breakfast, drinking a cup of fresh fruit juice can be helpful.

What I recommend is one kind of detox eliminating juice. What you will need are a 1/2 lemon, 1/2 spoon of plum juice, 1/2 spoon of persimmon vinegar, and 1/2 cup of water. Mix them together and you will get a wonderful detox juice, which can help you eliminate toxins after eating too much fatty and oily food.
