The divorce between Toya Wright and Mickey “MempHitz” Wright has been confirmed. According to The Jasmine Brand, Toya finally filed for divorce after 5 years of marriage. On July 8, 2016, the reality show star filed divorce papers on the basis that the marriage was irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation. Smartly enough, the two signed a prenup that enables each to leave the marriage with the assets they came with. Their prenuptial agreement (established 5 years ago) is as follows… Toya Assets: $700k (cash), $109k (real estate), $125k (cars), $15k (misc. personal property), $60K (clothing co.), and $110K (beauty co.) = $1.1 million Toya Liabilities: $90k (mortgage), $60k (auto loans), and $80k (tax debt) = $230K Toya’s Net Worth = $864K Mickey Assets: $48k (cash), $140k (cars), $98k (securities), $9k (IRA), and $500k (annual salary) = $1.3 million Mickey Liabilities: $550k (mortgage), $377k (tax debt), and $15k (Visa credit debt) = $377K Mickey’s Net Worth = $981k. Per the prenuptial agreement, the two cannot seek alimony. Also, Toya is insisting that Mickey not transfer or sell any of his property during their divorce.
