If the tea on ex-president and CEO Roger Ailes isn’t enough damage, former “The Five” co-host Andrea Tantaros has filed a $50 milion lawsuit against Ailes and FOX News Channel.

Tantaros is one of several women who came forth with claims that Ailes sexually harassed by Ailes for years. In the complaint filed in a New York state courtroom on Monday (August 22), Tantaros claims that Ailes’ ability to get away with the misogyny and intimidation – lasted years on end – due to the Fox News environment that did nothing to prevent it.

“Fox News masquerades as defender of traditional family values, but behind the scenes, it operates like a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency, and misogyny.”

“Fox News knew of the sexual harassment perpetrated against Plaintiff, or at a minimum should have known about it, based upon the pervasive atmosphere of sexual harassment of female employees that was tolerated and condoned under Ailes’s leadership generally, and the brazenness of Ailes’s conduct with respect to Plaintiff.”

Tantaros is suing FNC, Ailes, newly minted co-President Bill Shine, Ailes aide and FNC media VP Irena Briganti and others. She no longer works in her position of co-host, but continues to receive a salary.

Fox News has yet commented on her claims.
