The Meadows Music & Arts Festival went underway in New York City over the weekend. Not only was Kanye West there to represent the windy city, but Chance the Rapper put on an amazing show as well. After giving the fans what they want at the festival, Chance drove partygoers crazy when he arrived at Up&Down. He also performed a few hit songs including “No Problem,” from his latest project Coloring Book. The venue was packed out with partygoers and celebrities.
