Ciara’s claim that Future’s twitter rants caused her to lose business deals took a hit recently. A judge sided with Future stating that the tweets weren’t libelous and that Ciara needed to provide more evidence to back her claim. According to MSN… Russell Wilson’s wife sued her ex for $15 million in February, claiming that he damaged her reputation with his blistering tweets that took shots at her and her then-fiance. Ciara also once said she feared Future would kill Russell. On Oct. 12, a judge said that the tweets aren’t libelous and that Ciara needs to offer up more concrete evidence pertaining to how Future’s vicious words hurt her career, TMZ reports. In other words, the lawsuit continues and is far from over. Earlier this year, Ciara filed court documents highlighting multiple times her ex bashed her and Russell in interviews and on social media. She claimed that he was dragging their names through the mud to promote his own music. In the suit, Ciara called out Future for a radio interview in which he discussed a paparazzi photo of Russell pushing Ciara and Future’s son, also named Future, in his stroller. During the interview, Future said, “She probably set him up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.” Ciara’s suit cited other times in which her ex used profane language about her, as well. In January, he tweeted, “This b—- got control problems … I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future … the f—-ery for 15k a month.” The songstress demanded that her ex’s nasty tweets be deleted, and she wants a judge to order him to refrain from saying anything about family matters regrading their son in future tweets. In July, she amended her lawsuit, saying that she was legitimately fearful that her ex would kill her husband, detailing several of Future’s messages that she deemed as real threats to the NFL star. Ciara pointed out one tweet that her ex posted that showed several football emojis and a gun pointed in that direction.
