More than 12 percent of Black voters is expected to represent this year’s national electoral vote. This is, if Blacks make it to a poll to actually cast their vote. It is believed that polls may not see the same amount of bodies and enthusiasm as it was when Barack Obama made the ballot in 2008 and 2012. For the first time in 2012, blacks outvoted whites.
