Jayceon “The Game” Taylor is being sued for $10 million, but recently a judge made a crucial ruling in his favor. A Los Angeles county judge recently ruled against issuing access to The Game’s bank records to Priscilla Rainey, a former contestant on “She’s Got Game.” Rainey made the request in order to determine the rapper’s net worth. Unfortunately, she was rejected because of improperly following the court’s procedural rules. The judge has, however, granted Rainey another shot at refiling the request, but it has to be done within two weeks before the trial is set to begin. The Game has repeatedly denied the sexual assault charges saying that Rainey’s history of promiscuity and sketchiness are reasons to dismiss her claims. In February, the rapper addressed the allegations via his Instagram. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show ever even started.” The Game will have a choice to settle the lawsuit or take it to trial in November.
