The plan was for Future’s rap albums, Future and HNDRXX, to help pay off Rocko’s $10 million lawsuit. Apparently, the A1 Recordings CEO wants more and is gunning for proceeds from the upcoming “Nobody Safe Tour.” According to TMZ, Rocko has asked a judge to place Future’s tour money into an escrow account. Future is expected to make up to $5 million on the tour. However, Rocko doesn’t believe he’ll get paid. Rocko is claiming his rights to the tour revenue and is relying on a judge to secure his bag. In June 2016, Rocko filed his lawsuit after Future cut him out of his deal with Epic Records. The lawsuit cited a breach of Future’s 2011 contract with A1 Recordings, which included a six album obligation. Rocko inked a distribution deal with Epic Records to distribute the planned six albums. Unfortunately, Future cut a side deal with Epic that erased Rocko completely out of the picture. Under the A1 deal, Rocko is to receive 25 percent commission on advance money and 20 percent of Future’s tours and endorsements.
