Martin Shkreli is up to his shenanigans again and Lil Wayne is not here for it.

Shkreli released two tracks from Lil Wayne’s highly-anticipated Tha Carter V album. These tracks were in addition to several tracks being leaked by Shkreli in December 2016. The pharmaceutical businessman played the records via Facebook Live and claimed that he purchased the album from an alleged hacker.

Shkreli believes that he purchased the album legally. “I believe that the sale is legal,” Shkreli said. “Criminal law? Forget it … I don’t believe that Lil Wayne could sue me. I don’t believe Birdman can sue me. I don’t think Universal could sue me. It’s a legal sale.” Shkreli also stated that he wouldn’t release any more tracks from the project.

But, he didn’t stick to his word.

Lil Wayne and his lawyers are now prepared to shut Shkreli down.

Attorney’s of Wayne and Universal Music have issued a cease and desist letter and is demanding that he hand over his copy of Tha Cater V.

Will Shkreli do that? Who knows..
