Artists are capitalizing off of self-service platforms to create avenues in which their music can be heard and earn money. Digital music distributor, TuneCore, is one of those platforms who offers such service. The company also offers publishing administration and artists services that help secure placements on Apple Music, Spotify, iTunes, etc. Although TuneCore charges an annual fee for these services, it also claims that artists are given 100 percent sales revenue and rights.
