Multi-platinum hip-hop artist YG is embarking on the fashion industry with his 4 Hunnid Clothing Spring/Summer ’17 Collection. As of Thursday, June 1, YG launched the S/S ’17 collection as an extension to his Spring I Collection. The new collection features dad hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts and can be purchased at www.4hunnid.com. Gavin “Mizzle” Mathieu, Creative Director of 4Hunnid Clothing, states, “People always thought of 4 Hunnid as merch, so we want to present it in a different way for people to perceive it differently. We really want to create a fashion brand.” 4 Hunnid Clothing S/S ’17 partnered up with Zumiez as a test order and knocked sales out the park. The collection was the fastest selling test order in Zumiez history, which forced the retailer to expand 4 Hunnid presence to over 400 stores nationwide.
