Taraji P. Henson owned the night as host of 2017’s Black Girls Rock! event. The celebration was held at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center on Saturday (Aug. 5) in Newark, NJ. The special airs on Aug. 22 at 8pm ET/PT on BET.
