The company’s being sued and the Better Business Bureau reviews are in shambles. Lavar Ball’s Big Baller Brand is being sued by a printing company called Closet Collection. The lawsuit claims that BBB missed several payments for printing and embroidery work done on hats, shirts and other apparel, according to the LA Times. The breach-of-contract lawsuit was filed in San Bernardino County (Calif.) Superior Court by Closet Collection in November. CC claims that BBB owes an estimated $25,000 for 2,500 pieces of merchandise purchased in May. “When it came time to make payments, they kind of bailed,” a Closet Collection representative told the newspaper. “We tried for about three months. They said they would make payment about seven times. They just kept pushing it back and kept pushing it back.” The Better Business Bureau has also received complaints about Big Baller Brand’s bad business practices. With a grade of “F,” BBB received 44 negative reviews and zero positive ones. Customers have complained that they’ve waited months for a shipment, non-shipments, or incorrect orders being shipped to them. Source: NY Post
