NBA's Chris Bosh Inks Deal w/Warner Music admin Monday, June 8, 2009 The Studio Toronto Raptors player, Chris Bosh, is next in line of ballers entering the music game. Under his new deal with Warner Music, Bosh plans to release a cd compilation of his favorite music along with those of new unsigned artists. With the cd, Warner Music will release a DVD containing comedic characters and sketches developed by Bosh. In addition, Bosh will release his very own iPhone and iPod touch application. The new application will allow fans to keep track of the player via his Twitter feed (@chrisbosh), watch videos the moment they’re posted, view his latest photos and monitor up-to-the-minute stats throughout the NBA season. This will make Bosh the first athlete to ever do this! “This is exciting,” Bosh said in a statement. “Teaming up with Warner to produce my very own CD and DVD, as well as being the first athlete with their very own iPhone and iPod touch application, are just two more ways for fans to get to know me off the court. Entertaining my fans through the use of technology allows me to continue to try and pioneer the digital space for athletes across the world!” If there are any unsigned artists that would like to submit tracks for Bosh’s cd compilation album, go to Chris-Bosh.com.
