Funnyman Steve Harvey is bringing his ‘comic’ sense and wits to ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’. Harvey will serve as a correspondent for the next several months reporting on topics surrounding family and relationship issues.

“He will bring his own unique perspective, style and humor to morning television while interacting with viewers around the country via ABCNEWS.com, Skype and live guests in-studio,” said a network rep.

Harvey’s first segment will air on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
