According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network will make the official announcement during Upfront’s, which is scheduled for next week. The series’ creator Shonda Rhimes has yet to make a statement regarding “Scandal’s ending. However, she did hint at the show’s demise once Trump was elected. “I used to know how it ended,” she said ahead of the show’s 100th episode. “We had a destination, and I don’t know if that’s our destination anymore.” “Scandal” will end season six with a bang on May 18.
